Lillith Smith-Mackey has been a Counsel and Attorney at Law of the Supreme Court of the Bahamas since 2006. Lillith is among the leading attorneys in Family Law with a specific concerntration on:

Educational Background

Lillith received her early education at Queens College, Nassau Bahamas and received her secondary education at Elmwood School (Gr 13 Graduate in 1998) in Ottawa, Canada. She completed her LLB (Upper Second) at the University of Buckingham, England. Thereafter she completed a Post graduate Diploma in Law at the City University, London and was called to the Bar of England and Wales as a member of the Inner Temple in July, 2006 and the Bahamas Bar in October, 2006. Lillith began her legal career in a family firm and gained well-rounded exposure and experience in almost every discipline of the law, including advocacy in the Magistrates Court, The Industrial Tribunal and the Supreme Court of The Bahamas. Having honed her skills in Civil and Commercial Litigation, Family Law, Land and Estate Affairs, Lillith has earned a reputation for success in these areas.

Lillith is married and is the mother of two children.

She subsequently received a Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) with a concentration in Computer Information Systems Science from the College of the Bahamas (now the University of the Bahamas) in 2005. She also holds a BA in Computer Information Systems from Lindenwood University (USA). Mikia subsequently received an LLB (Hons) from the University of Huddersfield, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, England. She completed her Bar certification at the Eugene Dupuch Law School (The Council of Legal Education) in Nassau Bahamas in 2012.

She subsequently received an Associates in Arts, Law & Criminal Justice at The College of The Bahamas (now the University of The Bahamas) in 2009.

Nicholette then received an LLB (Hons) from the University of London, England in 2016. She obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Bar Professional Training at the University of Law, Leeds, England. She was called to the Bar of England and Wales by the Honorable Society of Inner Temple in March 2021.
