A Last Will and Testament is a legal document that speaks from death. It outlines one’s wishes regarding their burial, the distribution of their assets and the care of any minor children (if any). If one dies without having made a Will, their assets will be disbursed in accordance with the Inheritance Act, Chapter 116.
